Parenting and child care

It is such a struggle to find good and reasonable child care these days. It is hard to be a working parent and face this issue. I have been through countless babysitters and would just like someone to stick around for awhile for the sake of consistency for my kids.

I know how hard it can be as I also had to raise my kids under the burden of a two working parent arrangement. My daughter is raising her children by herself. It is tough. Being that I was raised by a full time mother, I fully understand the need for full time parents, but in this day and age it is very difficult to afford, unless you are fortunate enough to have one of the parents working a darned good paying job, and they aren't very common today. It's hard to trust just anyone with our children, if care is required, especially if you want someone who has the same values that you, the parent, have so that your children are raised with similar views. It would probably be a good idea to start a discussion thread to be a posting place for anyone interested in performing child care service. If the webmaster can set a service like this up on the Saint Gall website...
